Rhode Island Food Culture: Dining, Drinking & Food Stuff
An Evening Uncorked!
On February 6th, celebrate great food and fine wine amid lush tropical flowers and trees of The Botanical Center at Roger Williams Park, during An Evening Uncorked! Starting at 7 PM, chefs from 10 of Rhode Island's finest restaurants will prepare mouth-watering portions, paired with the right wines to complement the flavors. Participating restaurants are: 1149 Restaurant, 3 Steeple Street, Blaze Restaurant, Capital Grille, Gracie's, Haruki, New Rivers, Nick's on Broadway, Pot au Feu, and Trio.
The event also features a live auction of highly collectible wines. All proceeds benefit programming at WSBE Rhode Island PBS. Proxy bids can be placed online. Visit ripbs.org
