Enjoyed the video -- short, sweet and to the point. Plus it made me long for those days strolling through the dairy aisles of the grocery stores in Paris. The wonderful thing is that Comte is to the Parisians what Wisconsin Cheddar is to Americans -- you can find it in every grocery store, large and small. Granted the Franprix or Monoprix inventories of Comte may not be the best quality but like the video says, it's a great table cheese. And it's everywhere. Thanks again!
