- Im currently the Executive Chef of 39 West Restaurant in Lounge in Cranston, RI. My cooking style is based on great ingredients and good quality flavors. Like most chefs I look to utilize alot of local food sources, and with the fact that I grew up in Hope Valley, RI farms and turf fields come natural to me. This year I am strving to utlize all produce from nearby farms in Rhode Island. As a young chef from Rhode Island anything that I can do to put this state and myself on the map in the culinary field I will strive for it.
