About Me:
Well my name is Clark Barlowe and I'm originally from North Carolina around the Appalachian mountains. I'm currently finishing up my Bachelors and Masters degree at Johnson and Wales and have been cooking at Chez Pascal for about the past year and a half. I've cooked and staged at some pretty interesting restaurants including The French Laundry and El Bulli. After graduation I'm hoping to head to New York and get a job hopefully working for Dan Barber.

Our goal was not to create another place for people to get hit with a one way information flow, but to start a dynamic, group conversation about food culture in Rhode island by all who are passionate about it. Bon Appetite
