Hi! Great to officially meet you yesterday! The wind whipped us over at the beach so we took our yummy cheeses to Sakonnet Winery and had a nice picnic. Little Zoe sat on the grass and managed to eat her whole sandwhich---chewy bread and all! Paired the cheeses with some terrific ham we picked up at Provender. Thank you for your Great reccommendations. We even have a few slivers left! See you again soon!

Thanks for the stinky spanish cheese and good conversation! Your shop is a diamond in the rough or is that ruff. Keep the faith till the summer crowd returns... I will bring up some japanese eggplant for a beer and a grill with some nice italian pecorino and balsamic vinegar.... All the best skip

Thank you Cheesy Tom for a big blob of humor infusion on our forum! I'd never seen the Monty Python Cheese Shop clip (Any Venezuelan Beaver Cheese?) and I am thankful for the evoked memories as a Fawlty Towers fan.

Hey Guys, Welcome. My brother lives right up the road in Portsmouth and we get down your way a lot on the summer. Love your store and will stop in to say hello. Where is the Bay Voyage Inn, and what's good for brunch?

About Me:
My wife and I own Milk and Honey Bazaar, a cheese shop in Tiverton Four Corners. We both have always worked in hospitality in some respect. This is very fun for both of us and we enjoy being in Tiverton Four Corners very much. The job is very social and food related but the day ends at 5 or 6pm which gives us more family time. Don't call me a cheese monger....I'm a cheese pimp!

My other project...

No it's not quite culinary, but I do a bit of music now and then for cocktail parties, weddings, roman orgies, you know, standard stuff.

I have to say that we just had our first batch of greens tonight from our farm share and they were so crip and fresh that our palates were stunned. I highly recommend it if you have the option in your area. Check out some info about Mass. & R.I. shares

Just a note to anyone who is interested in making a food item but do not have access to a commercial kitchen.
This is a new kichen at the Dartmouth, ma. Grange and it is very reasonably priced per hour. I realize it is not in R.I. but it is a stones throw over the border.
