Rhode Island Food Culture: Dining, Drinking & Food Stuff

Does anyone know of commercial kitchen space for rent in the area? I'm looking to bake bread a few mornings per week. Perhaps might some restaurants be interested in leasing their kitchen during off-hours? I've heard that the WBNA is interested in developing a community kitchen space, but I expect that's months/years off. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

What time in the morning are you looking to bake? We're not usually up and running before 9/9:30 and we try to get out by 5/6 ish... so it's possible, but we have convection ovens... not stone hearth ovens.... Give me an e-mail if you want to talk further....
