What kind of confirmation are we talking about? I hate to get my hopes up.

read it in the projo. w-o-o-p-s, they're never wrong are they?

How psyched am I. Thanks for the update. When did the article come out? I don't always read the PROJO

what's the word on the 2-buck chuck situation?

i agree about aldi; terrible. i know t.j.'s doesn't compare to whole foods et al, but for many products, it's a real find. it's common knowledge that they have a lot of private labeling from some top notch manufacturers.

Where is the Aldi? Is it not good? We used to love to go to them in Germany, I think it's funny that they are here. I've never even been to Trader Joe's, so I'm excited. Is it less expensive than Whole Foods?

I don't think you will see 2 buck chuck or any wine (alcohol) at all. They should not be able to get a license in RI as (i believe) supermarkets are not allowed to own a license.

i think you are right about license..but it will still be great

MA has the same thing about supermarkets, but some of the TJ's there sell wine. I think they have a special license or aren't considered a supermarket or something.
